Exhibition Dates: 05.05.11

Group benefit show to lend a helping hand In Japan. Artists and Photographers from all over the globe come together to help all those affected by the earthquake, tsunami and now radiation damage in Japan. When we first listed this event, we wanted to keep this as a print based show. After receiving so many emails from people wanting to donate original drawings, we’ve now decided to allow original works on paper. All artwork will be priced at $200 or less! This is a rare opportunity where artists lower their standard pricing in order to help those in need.

100% of the sales made from this one-night-only exhibition will be donated to the Red Cross.

More info coming soon. Please check back or email Kevin@sacredgallerynyc.com for more details.

Here are some photo’s I took documenting my journey finding this piece and having it come to light… It started by a visit to the mountains with a river, trees and a lake surrounding me…

“Today I sat with a river behind me and a lake in front of me while I spent time meditating in my journal. The wind blew some new ideas my way very excited to make them… They are a secret for now but very soon you will see ♥”

Took my ink drawing and transferred it to film to use to burn that image onto a screen.

Spent the night pulling prints and playing around… made myself a tee shirt on one of my favorite shirts!

Took my final print I pulled and hand painted some color accent areas as well as spot varnished glitter areas that make this piece extra magical! A one of a kind mono print! ♥ I hope to see you at Sacred Gallery in NYC May 5th 2011 where this piece will be for sale 100% of the sale will be donated to help Japan.
